My Approach to Treatment
I understand that every body is unique, and not all cases of hormone imbalance are the same. During an appointment, I gather information about the person to determine an appropriate, individualized treatment plan. In East Asian Medicine, we work to address the root cause of the issue, as well as, bring relief of the symptoms causing the problem. My goal is to help you feel like yourself again, so you can be engaged in your life. In our culture, certain symptoms are often accepted as a natural part of life. It doesn't have to be that way, though. Our bodies are wise and capable of transitioning during perimenopause into menopause without symptoms. Symptoms are a sign that the body is not functioning efficiently.
I use holistic and natural approaches to restore balance in the body and
regulate hormones.
